Hi,

I am Jayesh Kolte, an XR Developer and enthusiast.

I have been developing training applications for STEM and skilled jobs.

I believe that XR is the new frontier for teaching.

Each day we face new challenges and these are like side quests. Hence if we can navigate through a game, gamifying a job can also be fun. But we don't get restart IRL.

Thus I believe that teaching in game can make people understand what are do's and don'ts to be practiced to get a job done.

I have 8 years of experience in coding, Documenting game design and execution, uplifting and encouraging colleagues to navigate through their tasks on their own and connecting with clients to understand their needs till complete satisfaction.
