As a neurodivergent Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), I am dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to clients with complex profiles, including those with developmental diagnoses, mental health needs, neurological disorders, including acquired brain injuries, concurrent disorders and overall behavioural needs. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I work closely with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and clients to empower and support them in their journey, providing guidance, trainings and resources to help them navigate challenges and enhance their well-being. By fostering a collaborative, assent based services, and supportive environments, I aim to achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
I have provided services and supervision in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, recreational settings (e.g., camps), hospitals, group homes, independent living facilities and in-homes. My experience including working with clients and families across the life space, with developmental diagnoses, mental health needs, neurological disorders, including acquired brain injuries, concurrent disorders and overall behavioural needs.
I completed my Master's Degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2021from their MPEd - Field of Applied Behaviour Analysis Program.
