Before founding Pilat'co. , I worked as a certified Mat Pilates instructor in several established studios, where I gained hands-on experience teaching a variety of class styles and skill levels.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from HEC Montréal and am a certified Mat Pilates instructor through Connexion Pilates — the only STOTT PILATES® Host Training Center in Quebec. This unique combination of business and movement expertise supports both the professional and personal sides of my studio journey.
