I am a Certified Journeyman Chef.I have extensive knowledge of food and food products on many levels. I have overseen restaurants and camps in many different guest volumes. I am knowledgeable in food ordering, cooking, menu design, and training of staff. Easy going, yet hold a high expectation of food production and quality. I have been cooking for over 35 years, and extremely passionate about my profession.
