Jenar Ariyanayagam

My name is Jenar Ariyanayagam. I have an Electrical Engineering degree from Ryerson University and recently completed Robotics and Automation Advance Diploma program at Centennial College. I have a strong understanding in both electrical and mechanical engineering.

While working in a variety of groups, I have developed excellent time management skills, as well as utilizing critical thinking skills to solve complex problems.With a passion for technology and a drive to provide the highest quality service, I work towards advancing my skills in mechatronics and design. I have also applied my skills as a team lead, spearheading workers to complete tasks effectively and efficiently while managing any internal disputes.

I have worked with many different robots and automation systems. I have worked in teams and individually to install automation systems from the ground up and commission these systems. I have also worked with many pneumatic systems, electrical systems and have experience programming different PLC such as Siemens, Omron and Allen Bradley. I also have experience troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis to different automation systems and lines.

My most relevant education is the Robotics and Automation Advance Diploma program that I completed at Centennial College in April. This program exposed me to different automation systems, pneumatics systems, hydraulic systems, PLC and robots used in the automation industry. Throughout this program I have learned how to troubleshoot and complete task in the most efficient way.
