I have honed my interpersonal and communication skills, making me adept at conflict resolution and team collaboration.

Additionally, my proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools enables me to efficiently manage and interpret employee data, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning within organizations.

I learned a lot about supporting HR processes during my internship at Armein Pharmaceutical, including keeping track of employees, helping with onboarding, and organizing training sessions. Ensuring the correctness and effectiveness of HR operations has been made possible by my skill to handle private data using discretion and my dedication to detail.

I have done bachelors in business administration of 3 years and my specialization in that was international business also did internship as an hr assistant
