I have been a registered nurse for 27 years with most of my specialty being in Community Health, Home Health, Case Management, Placement and Transition Services. I do have some experience in acute care as well particularly orthopaedics and Neuro and some long-term care as well. I am looking to start a new position where I can utilize all the skills I have developed over the past 27 years my passion is in community health .I’m very confident in this area and work well not only Independently but also as part of a multidisciplinary team. The majority of my nursing career has been in Community Health , Palliative Care and Case Management but I also have some acute care and Long Term Care experience. I am used to working independently as well as collaborating with a multidisciplinary teams. I am very organized and very confident in my skills but also able to ask for assistance when needed.

I am a registered nurse and I also have a certificate in diabetes education.
