Previously, I worked with Sands & Associates Insolvency Trustees, where I supported individuals seeking debt relief by completing intake interviews, preparing insolvency documentation, and assisting clients through bankruptcy and proposal processes. This role required empathy, discretion, strong communication skills, and close collaboration with trustees and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Supporting clients during financially stressful periods strengthened my ability to listen carefully, explain processes clearly, and maintain trust while managing high volumes of confidential information.

More recently, my work as a Tax Preparer with H&R Block in 2025 further enhanced my experience handling sensitive financial documentation, working directly with clients, and maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines. Across my roles, I have consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail, effective time management, and a commitment to delivering respectful, client-centered service. I am currently working with H&R Block as a Tax Pro for the 2026 tax season.
