Oversee entire lifecycle of hiring process, inclusive of recruitment, selection, interviewing, induction, and onboarding. Continually monitor employee performance and conduct root-cause analysis to deploy development programs.
Manage employee relations issues and grievances by serving as mediator. Offer consultancy to management on interpretation of policies and disciplinary action process. Facilitate training of direct reports, new hires, and existing employees.
