I have been a Building Operator since 2015 and an HVAC Mechanic since 2001. I have been a certified Oil Burner Technician since 2001 installing boilers, furnaces and tanks in residential and commercial buildings.

I have fiinished a temporary contract at the Ottawa Courthouse as an operator covering for a worker while away since 2020. I enjoy building operations and working with automated systems and related HVAC equipment, working with contractors and the daily routine of commercial building procedures. Routine inspections and tennant requests.

I hobby the restoration of old vehicles and summoned quit often by friends to color-sand freshly painted surfaces.
