SR. HR EXECUTIVE Teksalah Business Solutions • Payroll Generation and WPS generation (UAE).
- Handling Recruitment, initial screening, final HR Interview and offer to release, Onboarding and New Hire Induction (both India and UAE).
- Administration of the Performance Management System by collecting monthly set objectives and scores from respective departments.
- Annual Compensation Review Cycle (Annual Increment, Bonus, Incentive and Variable Compensation).
- Coordinating with Visa processing/visa renewals/flight booking for UAE employees, Maintaining Employee Records.
