I am currently a Management and Leadership student at Conestoga College and having experience in HR. Currently I am seeking for a part-time job.
SR. HR EXECUTIVE Teksalah Business Solutions • Payroll Generation and WPS generation (UAE). • Handling Recruitment, initial screening, final HR Interview and offer to release, Onboarding and New Hire Induction (both India and UAE). • Administration of the Performance Management System by collecting monthly set objectives and scores from respective departments. • Annual Compensation Review Cycle (Annual Increment, Bonus, Incentive and Variable Compensation). • Coordinating with Visa processing/visa renewals/flight booking for UAE employees, Maintaining Employee Records.
