Joan Arellano

Joan Arellano is a visual artist and illustrator based in Ontario Canada. She’s an OCADU (Ontario College of Art & Design) Graduate with a Bachelor of Design Degree in Illustration. Her main forte is illustrating portraits and figures with a great interest in fashion and nature.

She creates in oil paint, watercolour, gouache, pen and ink, and of course, digitally. In addition to her preferred medium, you can describe her work as semi-realistic to hyper realistic style. She also loves creating in minimalistic-stylized manner while she also enjoys detailed renderings.
