I'm Joan Quinola, resident of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for almost 11 years and a Canadian Citizen for more than 3 years now.
I worked for almost 4 years as a bakery manager at Sobeys. Inc, and Operator/Manager at Starbucks for almost 2 ½ years, I also worked as a Deli Clerk for 1 year at Sobeys and a Cashier for 1 year at Independent Store as well. I got my first job in Tim Hortons as a baker for 2 years and another 2 years as a food counter attendant in the same company.
I worked as a part time supervisor at Wendy's for just a month. Back home in the Philippines I worked for 15 years for Jollibee Foods Corporation I started as a senior cashier for 1 year and I was promoted as a Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk and I worked for 2 years in the said position. And I was promoted again as a Service Quality Manager and I worked for 5 years in that position.
Again I was offered for a promotion for the position of Product Quality Manager and I worked for 2 years. I was promoted in a higher position as a Restaurant Manager and I worked for 5 years. I earned over 25 years of experience in the field of customers service.
I also have the knowledge on basic accounting or cash management skills such as handling petty cash, cash deposits, prepare monthly financial report (profit and loss analysis), bank reconciliation, knowledge on POS, receiving and turning over of safe funds.
At present I was enrolled in a Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) Canada. And I graduated in the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Banking and Finance back in 1997 at St. Paul University in the Philippines.
