Responsibilities Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents/ clients and families in coping with daily demands and at stressful times Provide personal care that include bathing, grooming, skin care, dressing, toileting, lifts/transfers, mobility assistance, assisting residents/ clients at meal time, and other duties in accordance with individualized residents/ client care plans. Reporting changes in residents/ client status or safety concerns to the supervising RN/RPN. Other duties as assigned
