In my current role as a Quality Improvement Officer within commissioning, I work closely with adult social care providers across homecare, residential, extra care and supported accommodation to monitor, assess, and improve the quality of care delivered. I undertake audits, analyse performance and KPI data, support safeguarding processes, and work with services to drive continuous improvement and address areas of risk, creating service improvement plans if needed.
