• Took responsibility for a time-sensitive, company-wide system migration for CORRIDOR (inventory and time-tracking SaaS) during a management transition.
• Deployed a new AD server and recovered/migrated all primary FSMO roles, users/groups and permissions following an AD corruption incident.
• Worked closely with a maintenance crew to assist their unique needs and hardware requirements for Intune and SharePoint, setting a precedent and incentive for other crews to migrate.
• Maintained company network, servers, backups, databases and equipment.
• Managed and purchased around 38 active Starlink satellite subscriptions of all types, including Residential, Business, and Aviation.
• Held and reconciled the IT department's US and Canadian credit cards
