• Duplicate customer issues and define root causes, using product designs, code, or specifications
• Coordinate Interim Fix and Fix Pack releases to ensure all required fixes are included and verified
• Verify defect fixes
• Triage and debug automated test failures and report product defects
• Document processes in team wiki
• Product deliveries: Upload IFs, FPs & GA releases to Fix Central & Passport Advantage (customer delivery sites)
• Produce component builds and install kits for IFs/FPs
• Performance Testing
