15 years experience in maintenance, cleaning, caretaking including pool and hot tub (3 years)
Certification WHMIS, Working at Heights, tag-out/lock-out, forklift, heavy equipment, 1st aid/CPR (renewal may be necessary)
Building Environmental Systems Certificate 2025 (includes Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical, Water Treatment, Controls - BAS, Air Handling)
Extensive experience in Superintending in condominium location where all cleaning and maintaining of 4 low-rise buildings involved ceiling to floor care and everything in between. Major grounds care was handled by contractors but daily attention was also required. Minor repairs were handled as necessary with major issues required contractors to come in. All records of supplies, contractors onsite, updates of required courses and schedules of higher level maintenance were handled diligently.
