I am a self- motivated and progress-driven individual with a bachelor of science in business and a computer science certificate from the
Lebanese American University. With more than 14 years of experience in marketing.
In my last position as a Business Development Manager at Eastline
Digital, I was in charge of building & maintaining relationships with my clients. I had the ability to acquire and handle more than 25 clients' base and was able with my amazing team to oversee and enhance their online assets.
These assets ranged from E-commerce, Social Media Management,
Search Engine Optimization and Marketing.Manage and optimize all ecommerce marketing and promotional campaigns to efficiently drive consumer acquisition and retention, from strategy and planning to execution. Ranging from analytic KPIs (e.g. Google analytics to track revenue performance of existing campaigns, manage PPC campaign budget, keep current with SEM trend traffic, Landing page optimization &
A/B testing), to create and execute sophisticated targeting and segmentation to improve the cost-effectiveness of consumer acquisition rate and to increase consumer lifetime value. As well as ensuring that the experience is on-brand and aligned with the marketing strategy.
After conducting the VISA Sponsorship Campaign for the FIFA 2010
World Cup of the MENA region and managing the portfolio of various sub brands under Jotun Paints & EMAAR Hospitality as an account executive in Grey Dubai i was able to advance and become an account manager in S-Cube. Moreover, I had a taste of the Sales world, as I negotiated several contracts with many reputable companies and maximized their profit while conducting an efficient relationship strategy with clients and succeeding in fulfilling their needs and requirements.
Aside from my work experience, I was also an active political member,
responsible for leading campaigns and influencing social change. I have built connections among groups and communities and disseminated information on specific issues to create a clear path for those willing to join our party. I then, was responsible for the electoral campaign of the parliament member Anis Nassar which led me to acquire the efficient skills for me to be his chief of staff.
I have recently invested a pertinent amount of my time in this work and this experience was my first taste into politics, and it surely pushed me furthermore towards it.
All of these past experiences have allowed me to strengthen my abilities in preparation of scope of work, a variety of online marketing strategies,
developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts etc. In addition, I have acquired the ability to communicate orally and in writing,
mobilizing resources and maximizing their effect, and the ability to build robust relationships with donors. Furthermore, I am punctual and dependable, being someone who you can count on to show up and get the job done.
