Hubdoc software to scan/ digitize source documents and timesheets to allow the support files to be saved with the corresponding accounting entry to assist with future audit processing. Caught up 2 years worth of bank reconciliations. Prepared a current year Health Budget. Prepared a proposal for Health Funding. Was responsible for the payroll. Transitioned and Trained all of these files to Shamattawa Health staff.
