Hello, my name is Jordan Levesque. I’m a high energy person how strives to complete any challenge given. I have worked in any environments that work with customer service and have strived in them as I throughly enjoy interacting with people and brightening their day. My main experience is in educating as I have worked as an educator for many years in different capacities and have learnt immensely from that. As mentioned previously, I have a wide range of experience when it comes to working in customer service as well as individual work. I do strive in both but I tend to be inclined to enjoying customer service over working by myself. I have gone from working at the bank as a Bank teller to Educational Assistant and have enjoyed it all. Written below is some jobs I have worked with more detailed description.
Do Re Mi Music Studio
Music Teacher |( 2013 – 2015) & 2021 – Present
▪ Started a music studio where I teach piano and voice. I work with students from the age of 5 - 60. My philosophy in my students is to always provide a safe space for students to make mistakes, learn and grow in their understanding not only of the instrument they are learning but to grow in their understanding of themselves and who they are.
Educational Assistant Substitute | 2018 – 2023
▪ I go to schools where I am needed, and work with individuals or groups that the teacher assigns me. The grades I work with range from kindergarten to grade 12. In addition, I work with FIAP classes as well as mainstream classrooms as well. I work one on one with students with special needs ranging from disorders to exceptionalities.
CSR (Customer Service Representative or Bank Teller) | August 2018 – July 2020
▪ I help customers with their banking and understanding their banking needs, as well as promoting product that is beneficial to them and making customers aware of new and easy banking opportunities.
As far as education goes I am in university studying Music Education and am set to graduate soon.
