• Plant Operations & Logistics Management (2016–2022): Held dual responsibility as a working supervisor and lead technical operator, overseeing all plant operations, personnel, and heavy equipment workflows for crews of 11 to 20 workers.
• Inventory Control & Warehousing: Directly managed chemical admixture inventories, coordinated raw material and product ordering with the front office, oversaw plant waste management, and conducted rigorous monthly inventory audits.

• Business Infrastructure: Co-founded and built the daily operational framework for a children's athletic training facility from the ground up.
