• Memorizing recipes quickly, Making food preps, Working at every foods station (Clubs and burgers,Wraps and Salads,Grill,Takeout etc),training and and guided staff to improve their overall performance service quality and productivity. Maintaining a clean and orderly appearance throughout the kitchen.

Worked at St Hubert restaurant as a line cook for 3 years. Team captain in the kitchen for 1 year (chef d’équipe).

I went to Symmes Darcy McGee Highschool.
