Throughout high school I've worked in restaurants, either cooking, waiting tables, cleaning. Eventually moved to working in retail, handling transactions, maintaining stock, ensuring customer satisfaction. Finally throughout my post-secondary education I have worked at a call-centre, which involved taking almost 100 calls a day from hotel chains across multiple continents, basic database maintenance, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
