I grew up playing sports and understand the importance of relying and trusting in teammates by being able to work together and achieve a common goal. In business analysis, I learned that working with a team can be the most effective way to complete a complex project, I don't know everything about coding but with the help and collaboration of teammates and developers we were able to deliver a project that exceeded client expectations. As a BA I have found a desire to figure out how businesses operate to deliver the most optimal solution for their clients with an awareness of their responsibilities of juggling multiple business obligations.
This discovery has helped me in analyzing and identifying processes that have the potential to be more effective, by lowering redundancies or waste I find great satisfaction in helping businesses improve 1% each day.
Experience in computer software development in an Agile environment, applied Kanban methodology, process mapping, requirements management and stakeholder management to successfully deliver a project on time, with minimal rework required. Strong capabilities in deriving stakeholder and customer value, while managing the requirements of multiple stakeholders.
