My name is Joy Hsieh. I have obtained a Diploma in Business Management. To challenge myself further, I am working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration specializing in Business Management. I have experience working in a fast-paced retail environment in a variety of different settings as well as leadership in a retail environment and a classroom environment. Furthermore, I have experience in communication skills and communicate effectively with others. I am passionate about developing good relationships with others and learning new skills. My main skills are confidence, strong attention to detail, highly organized, and reliable.
I have been working at Golf Town located in Richmond BC since May 2016. The main skills I have developed are working in a fast-paced retail environment, leadership by leading new employees, and strong communication skills by communicating with management, customers, and other locations via email when necessary.
Furthermore, I have also worked at Carter's Oshkosh located in Richmond, BC from October 2018 - May 2019. Working as Carter's Oshkosh has allowed me to gain skills in working with different customer segments and customer targets. My main duties at Carter's OshKosh apart from selling products are assisting with daily closing of cashier duties when needed, assisting in the merchandising and presentation of the store on a daily basis, and assisting new employees to become valuable to Carter's Oshkosh.
