Currently i am working as developmental support worker.
Compassionate and very reliable Developmental Disabilities elderly and senior support worker with experience providing personal assisting with daily living activities both at home and in the community. I have skill in promoting independence, ensuring safety as a priority and supporting clients with respect and dignity. Strong communication, patience and client approach to care.
I completed secondary education and advanced my studies at College of Business, Health and Technology, where i was trained as a Developmental Support Worker (DSW).
My coursework covered areas such as behaviour management, community support, personal care, crisis prevention, communication strategies and support planning including people with developmental diverse needs etc.
