Julie Leblanc

I’m a registered nurse with 20 years of diverse clinical experience, including dialysis, medical-surgical nursing, home care and palliative care. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills and have often worked independently in complex situations.

I’m now ready to bring that experience into a leadership role where I can support staff, improve processes and contribute to quality patient care. I understand the realities of frontline nursing, and I believe that perspective would make me a strong and supportive leader.

My background includes extensive experience in acute care, dialysis, home healthcare, chronic disease management and palliative care. I’ve worked with complex patient needs, coordinated care across multiple disciplines, and handled a high level of responsibility both independently and within a team. My experience has strengthened my leadership, clinical judgment, communication and problem-solving skills, and I’m now looking to bring that knowledge into a role focused on team leadership, quality improvement and delivering excellent client care.

I have a bachelor's of nursing. Also indigenous sensitivity course, cpr, BLS, management course.
