I am a Product and Design Researcher with deep experience leading end-to-end qualitative and mixed-methods research, product strategy, and user-centered design across civic tech, nonprofit, and social impact sectors.

Places, I guide research and product development for a platform used by cities worldwide, redesigning key interfaces, developing AI transparency features, and conducting research with residents and city staff to shape responsible urban technology. I have also led product development for a nonprofit resource-sharing app at The Pamoja Institute and redesigned a women’s shelter website at Women’s Habitat, using trauma-informed, user-centered methods. Across roles, I translate complex user needs into clear product direction, manage cross-functional collaboration, and deliver insights that improve usability, accessibility, and real-world impact

I hold a Master of Information with a concentration in User Experience Design, and a Bachelor’s Honours degree specializing in Health Sciences and Genetics.
