Operations Analyst 01/2023 – 05/2023 Progima | Toronto, ON An all-around associate engineering consultant position that consisted of working with clients from various manufacturing industries that needed improvements in their operations and processes, while increasing their capacity and productivity.

• Performed multiple time studies, got involved in data analytics and constant communication with employees. Also utilized multiple methods like VSM and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Applied core principles of Lean Six Sigma and Advanced Manufacturing to provide clear results of initial findings, along with presenting to upper management staff of clients.

• Took part in a major automotive client’s manufacturing project; designed, and drafted multiple parts, assemblies and installs for their coach bus project.
• Also held responsibility in strictly following client’s guidelines and maintained constant communication with their manufacturing team about the legitimacy of designed parts.

• Prepared probable mechanical cost estimates of relevant parameters for major ICI projects that cost over $1 million. Achieved multiple successful bids, along with communicating and making long-term deals with multiple subcontractors.
