Hello, my name is Kabral Hadish Haile, and I’d like to share a brief overview of my professional experience.

From January 2016 to October 2018, I worked as a cleaner at Abadi Wood Workshop in Adi-Quala, Zoba Debub. My main responsibilities included maintaining the cleanliness of the store by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. I operated cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, ensuring that the workspace was always neat and tidy.

Additionally, I took on any extra tasks as required by the manager, demonstrating my adaptability and willingness to support the team in any way needed.

Most recently, from June 2023 to December 2023, I worked as a cashier at Johns NoFrills in Toronto, Ontario. My role involved greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately, and processing payments. I maintained a clean and organized workspace and prepared food items according to the store's standards.

Moreover, I assisted with additional tasks such as gathering carts and helping elderly customers carry their groceries to their cars. This role allowed me to enhance my customer service skills and further develop my ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
