I am a dedicated and passionate post-graduate student with a focus on Criminology, Mental Health and Disability Management. My goal is to contribute to the mental health field by working with diverse and vulnerable populations, while continuously expanding my knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment approaches. With a background of Criminology and Psychology, along with hands-on experience in customer service and volunteer work, I bring strong analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Senior Cashier at Tony’s No Frills (2016-2024): Demonstrated strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Trained new employees, resolved customer issues, and provided excellent customer service, earning recognition from both customers and colleagues.

Conducted comparative analyses, attended meetings with external partners and gained knowledge of workplace safety procedures, as well as the WSIB process.
Post-Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and Disability Management from Mohawk College (January 2024 - Present): Currently pursuing advanced studies to deepen my understanding of mental health disorders and disabilities, with a focus on working with diverse populations.
Bachelor of Arts (General) from Wilfrid Laurier University (2019 - 2023): Gained a broad foundation in Criminology, Policing, Psychology and Sociology, providing insights into various aspects of mental health and social issues.
