- Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Locate and resolve electrical/mechanical faults on industrial screw compressors (SK20, SM10, BSD 50, BSD 60, DSD 240 ranges, etc.) and boosters.
- Mobile Compressor Maintenance: Service portable compressors in the Mobilair series (M55, M82, M181, M250, M450, M480).
- Internal Mechanical & Pneumatic Maintenance: Inspect and overhaul inlet valves, minimum check valves, venting valves, scavenge lines, and proportional valves; configure the Sigma 1 and 2 controllers.
- Reconditioning & Troubleshooting: Replace bearings, make thermal adjustments (resolve temperature faults), drain fluids, and systematically replace line filters (air, oil, separator cartridges).
- Air Treatment: Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on refrigerated air dryers and desiccant air dryers, and condensate drains (Eco-Drain).
- Commissioning & Audits: Perform start-ups for new machines at customer sites. Install and configure air demand analysis (ADA) equipment and collect data.
