Having a total of 26+ years' Experience Since 1998 I have been working in Administration, Budgeting, Maintenance Planning at multiple locations in UAE (Das Island, ADNOC Offshore, Abu Dhabi, UAE). Planning and scheduling of daily, weekly and monthly plant maintenance works by using CMMS (SAP and MAXIMO). Participate and Support Site Teams in Major Overhaul / Shutdown activities.

• Review and prioritize the work orders and evaluate them for planning and scheduling in CMMS SAP
• Visit job sites to understand the WO execution objective, methods and requirements
• Identify and estimate all the required resources for execution including manpower, material and reserve spare parts, tools, etc., in consultation with Maintenance Supervisor and provide a reasonable total cost estimate
• Issue Material Requests, Purchase Requisitions and determine availability of material from CMMS and validate inventory
• Follow up with Job Officer of WO to order all required materials, tools, vendor services etc.
• Prepare and issue the Das Island daily situation report for Snr. Management
