My masters degree culminated in a dissertation with Microsoft and Great Ormond Street Hospital London's Drive department, creating a 3D GAN network to artificially create 3D lung models for practitioners to view using Microsofts HoloLens in an AR setting. As part of the project, a preprocessing pipeline was created to segment lung tissue from hard tissue in thorax scans, normalise the data and provide it as input to the GAN.
