I have been dealing with customers and presenting my products with details for the last many years. I have been participating in different community events in all over the Windsor/Essex/Lasalle and have good experience of helping people with proper and honest guidance like University of Windsor, Working with Windsor Women, Downtown Farmers Market, Christmas Markets, Wellness Programs, Windsor Women in Business, etc. First of all, one has to understand the requirements of client and then to advise him/her right product or service which can ideally fit to customer's need.

In my whole professional life, I have always been around people. Either when I was doing Childcare, either driving the bus, being Graphic Designer, being doing the Customer Service as the owner in the Café. I like to talk to people and always want to help them out. I have been inspiring people with my success stories, how I started my Café, on different platforms. I have been detailed oriented through out my professional career. I have been part of various community events and proficient on social media to reach out maximum audience.

Before joining being the bus driver, I got 3 weeks training, written exam and Drive Test. Driving has always been my favorite hobby and it was really a great experience to drive the school bus with the children. But there was big responsibility as well, by being the punctual on time, taking care of the children's safe ride and drop off of their schools and home, following all the rules and regulations on the road. I have learned a lot with this experience of Customer Service as well.
