Katherine started Cat & Mouse Recruitment in December 2023. After working in agency and corporate environments for the last 25 years, she wanted to create a service offering where she could provide value added and customized Recruitment and Human Resources support to clients.
Cat & Mouse Recruitment works with clients across a variety of sectors with a focus on supporting small to mid sized organizations across British Columbia and Alberta.
As the co-founder of The Collective, she is well networked with other independent recruiters across Canada to support clients as they scale their operations. This ensures that clients are supported as they grow their operations or require specialized project support with Recruitment or Human Resources. Katherine brings her knowledge of operations, and leadership along with experience in Business Development and Sales to support leaders across the business.
