I am an enthusiastic and hard-working student, studying Law at the University of Edinburgh with an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Western University. I have significant work experience in both corporate and retail settings including project management, marketing campaigns, and developing brand standards, but am looking to begin my career in the legal sphere.

TELUS Communications Inc. – Brand Marketing 

• Provide daily market commentary and market updates for distribution to clients, while managing client phone lines
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis for client requests as needed by the team, requiring attention to detail 
• Automated processes to improve efficiency for the team, using VBA, further developing my technical skills 

TELUS Communications Inc. – Brand Marketing 

• Assisted in the project management of the 2022 TELUS calendar, via coordination of the calendar's distribution methods, marketing campaign, and content (i.e., copy, creative, etc.)
• Provided social media support for marketing campaigns such as TELUS Future Friendly Day's
• Updated company-wide standards for customer-facing communication practices including: consumer advertising, in- store retail, dual /tri-branding, videography, and logo usage

TELUS Communications Inc. – Brand Marketing

• Co-managed TELUS’ Amplify account working to identify campaigns, drafting copy, and sharing posts within the company
• Collected & collated information vital to the creation and distribution of the 2021 TELUS calendar campaign including the confirmation of key dates, distribution channels, and required shipping details
• Aided in both the trademark renewal process and in the transition of TELUS’s primary brand merchandiser

• Developed sales and customer service experience through daily frontline interactions with customers and suppliers.
• Responsibilities included: opening and closing of the store, inventory management and merchandising.
• Managed basic commercial activities including customer transactions (i.e. purchases and refunds).
