Kaylee Malli

My name is Kaylee and I am currently a student attending Simon Fraser University.

I have worked within Fraser Health for the past 3 years, working to provide medical knowledge and government enforced mandates and information to families and individuals. Working as a contact tracing aid during the peak of the COVID19 pandemic, expanded my communication and personable skills when talking to patrons, as well as having to constantly be able to relearn and adapt to new work loads and information during an unsure time. Documenting key information during phone calls into a specific system, communicating with colleges, navigating to find proper documents, and answering and communicating in a professional manner while also being personable and understanding, also dealing with a lot of confidential information.

Working in the care home and, I have to ensure the safety of the residents come first and ensuring that family's understand the protection we have in place is in the best interest of their loved ones.

I have completed an Associates Degree in English from Capilano University. I am currently a student at Simon Fraser University studying Communications
