have extensive experience in Safety throughout my whole career as a welder working in the field and Project Management with FINNING. I develop Safe Job Procedures and Safe Work Practices. I have written monthly safety meeting topics and have no problem speaking to a group with a Power Point demonstration.

I am a Certified Peer Auditor. I have completed Internal Safety Audits. I work very well with ISNetworld, Avetta and Comply Works. My experience with training includes identifying the different trades and the necessary required certifications.

Then build a Training Matrix with expired dates so supervisors can arrange personnel according to qualifications. I have developed Formal Hazard Assessments for all job positions and used these FHA's during new hire orientations. My experience includes investigations of incident reports and developing corrective actions.

I am well experienced with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. I very much enjoy developing spreadsheets to easily control all activities concerning safety. I develop monthly safety reports for management and quarterly reports for ISNetworld.
