Hello, I'm Kevin! I am based out of Leduc, Alberta, but have been lucky enough to travel the world, thanks to my wedding videography business, Wagging Tail Studios. I count myself very fortunate to do what I do for work, which doesn't feel like work a lot of the times. When it comes to my wedding films, I specialize in crafting heirlooms for my couples that go beyond the surface level glam of a wedding day and explores their relationships at a core level.
I am passionate about traveling, sports and the outdoors. Working in a team environment is an opportunity I will always jump at because I love being part of something that is bigger than me. I also love seeing everyone bring their own personality and unique skill set in a collaborative situation. There is something special about working as a team towards a shared goal, working together through any challenges that may come our way.
I consider myself someone who takes pride in doing a great job and is always looking to improve. In my career, I have held multiple leadership and managerial roles that required strategic thinking, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to bring the best out of others. My hope is I can take everything I have learnt in my career and apply it to the next opportunity that awaits me.
In 2008, I then moved into the Housekeeping Manager role, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping. We had a team of over 50 members that were responsible for the overall cleanliness of all guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
