Kevin Pierre

A dedicated Red Seal certified professional with 15 years of experience in warehouse operations and management. I specialize in maximum productivity, through extensive mining-based inventory knowledge and inventory control. I am a very hard worker that has trained on many pieces of equipment both open pit and underground.

I have a Red Seal Endorsement as a Parts person, BC Mines Supervisor certification and have completed the CanScott Mine Supervisor program. I enjoy mentoring younger employees or those that do not have the experience I have in order to work together as a productive team. I hold all certifications required to work in a mining environment.

I am First Nations, born and raised in Hagwilget Village.

Warehouse Materials Journeyman at New Gold New Afton Mine (2024-03 – 2026-02)

Warehouse organization and management including shipping and receiving all inventory on the mine site. Picking, issuing parts and accountability for all stock. We used SAP Concur and SAP Hana inventory control software, and I have advanced computer training and find I am able to learn new programs easily.

I have extensive experience operating loaders: CAT 966, CAT 824, CAT IT28.

Forklifts: CAT IT28, CAT V80, Raymond Stand electric, Taylor 924, Hyster stand and sit.

Warehouse Supervisor at Centerra Gold Mount Milligan Mine (2016-12 – 2024)

Warehouse organization and management including shipping and receiving all inventory on the mine site. Picking, issuing parts and accountability for all stock. I am the warehouse supervisor that is responsible for scheduling, Cycle counts, HR issues, month end reconciliation and safe daily operations. I am proficient in the use of Ellipse and SAP inventory controls.
