- Devised & deployed a semi-automated Cash Request Management System that documented, processed & tracked 1,900+ cash withdrawal requests per day which supported the customer management program and streamline cash withdrawal process for Bank’s customers during the cash crisis.
- Analyzed and developed initiative strategy and delivery roadmaps of product centered initiatives such as (Business Credit Card, launching new mobile apps, General Insurance and consumer deposit products) together with product team as business strategic partner and ensure actions and activities of each sprint are aligned with the overall bank’s strategy.
- Established a central Product Performance Dashboard and Performance Monitoring Guidelines together with data team and product owners. This helps streamline the data flow of all the active products performance data into a single dashboard and able to view all the product in a single dashboard.
- Worked collaboratively with the management team to review retrospective goals and revise prospective plans for each quarter for the division.
- Implemented bank-wise Projects Prioritization Exercise to review and reprioritize all the ongoing projects, based on the market situation. This has now become the quarterly standard exercise to review the bank's ongoing initiatives and prioritize accordingly based on the ongoing strategy of the bank
- Revised the Bank’s 5-Years Strategic Plan to align with the country and market situation which is currently been used as living reference document to guide Bank’s 5-Years performance goal.

- Led and organized Myanmar Operations Corporate Budget Planning Exercise Cycle for 2019 and 2020 and supported functional departments in formulating business planning assumptions, consolidating financial and operational planning information during the exercise and liaised with budget representatives to resolve issues and discrepancies if there is any.
- Managed liaison process and communication with Joint Venture Partners and Host Authority as a lead Joint Venture Partners representative of Myanmar Yetagaun Offshore Project and tracked and drive Operations/project teams to ensure all identified operations issues from Joint Venture Partners and Host Authority are closed in a timely manner.
- Coordinated Operations/project teams on business planning and approval process for 4 major Development Projects and 1 Exploration project and successfully obtained approval from Joint Venture Partners and Host Authority in a timely manner.
- Monitored and analyzed production commerciality for potential shortfall and penalty as necessary for the management to support strategic alignment to operations.
- Developed and delivered board papers, presentations, monthly and Quarterly Operations Performance Scorecards, Operations Reports, and Weekly Project Activities for Joint Venture Partners and the Myanmar Operations leadership team.
- Monitored and advised projects and operations teams on compliance to terms & conditions of Petroleum Contracts for offshore blocks to the management and project teams.
- Developed Myanmar Operations Asset Reference Plan Document for Myanmar Offshore Project.
