Pedalheads Camp Instructor Pedalheads (July-August 2022)

• Led 4-hour biking classes in morning and afternoon for biking without training wheels for 4-6 children 6+ every week.
• Created daily lesson plans for activities to practice specific skills based on overall class skill progression to grow skills.
• Motivated and encouraged students to try their best and gave constructive feedback, boosting morale and learning.
• Communicated with parents to give progress, and next steps for children, as well as where progress was made.
• Gave one on one private lessons in evening to students
