Graduate from Liverpool John Moore's university gaining a First Class Bachelor's Degree in Media, Culture and Communication. I am highly experienced within the hospitality industry having worked most of my life in the sector. My dream one day is to own my own functioning and vibrant Bar/Tavern.

• Worked closely with supervisors, managers and shift leaders to progress my skillset within hospitality
• Broadened my mixology knowledge, having focused specifically on cocktail training

• Focused on my serving skillset. Although my role was a bartender, I was able to develop my serving skills having done a number of serving shifts
• Built on my experience multi-tasking between serving and bartending. Ensuring drinks are made swiftly but also well crafted, making sure the bar top is happy, as well as making sure the tables on my serving section are well taken care of.

• Earned the most sales in one week having sold £6061 worth of food and beverages

• Bar and barista experience in a formal restaurant setting, as well as sports bar environment.

Volunteer at Kenya Volunteer Organization (2022-10 – 2023-01)

From October 2022 until January 2023 I was in Kenya, taking part in multiple volunteering courses. My courses included teaching primary school children, childcare in an orphanage and working in animal conservation on the coast.

• Built a strong relationship with the school children and teachers, having to teach my own class
• Worked in childcare center keeping the children maintained and helping those in need
• Traveled to the coast, Mombasa, to work in a monkey conservation aiding endangered or harmed monkeys
• Looked after one of the baby orphans in the monkey conservation
• Used skills in marketing to help increase donations through social media campaigning
