have been working as an HR professional since 2016, I kick started my career as a Recruiter and worked for the USA Tech Firms. My roles and responsibilities included sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and providing feedback to the candidates. I assisted the HR department with onboarding and paperwork as well. I managed my staff and evaluated their performance through Jobdiva (ATS).
Currently I am managing Healthcare, Manufacturing as well as IT clients. I manage the recruitment process - roll out offer letters - onboard -assist new hires with the orientation - share the training documents such as AODA, Workplace Violence and Harassment,Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps, Respectful Workplace Policy - store employees important documents - run background plus reference checks. Besides updating the timesheets on a weekly basis, I then share the timesheet with clients for approval so that we can invoice them along with running the payroll to maintain efficiency. I even assist my payroll team with generating ROE’s. We are currently using wagepoint for running payroll. I handle grievances and solve issues of the employees.
Coming to the IT side, I have 10 recruiters who work under and get trained by me. We post jobs on various job portals. We work with some giant IT clients. I disburse the requirement among my recruiters and manage clients simultaneously. I conduct technical interviews of candidates whose salary ranges from $120K to $200k per annum.
