• Perform phlebotomies (straight and Butterfly Needles), and perform ECG tracings.
• Specimen handling and processing follow sterile techniques.
• Greet and request required information from patients, explain the specimen collection process, and ensure patients have followed necessary test protocol prior to specimen collection.
• Sorting and preparing specimens for transportation and testing.
• Responding to inquiries and following up on requests.
• perform Rapid urinalysis strips using Analyzer on daily basis.
• Book appointments and rescheduling and validating health card and add new patient’s profile in EMR.
• Communicate through phone, whatsapp and as well as directly to patients.
• Perform Triage duties like performing BP checks, Height and weight and administrating B12, Tetanus and vaccine injections.
• Set up virtual calls and in persons in rooms according to the appointments.
