Work closely with Process Experts and Client Resources to analyze and Design Solutions based on Business Requirements
Create and Maintain Solutions Design Documentation Using Standard Methodologies
Reengineer the AS IS Processes wherever necessary to make the Processes Reside on RPA Platforms
Experience in Calculating ROI by Considering Every Minute Cost and Hidden Costs in the Organization
Provide Alternative Solutions for the Exceptions and Tested them Thoroughly
Sound Knowledge in Error Handling and Reengineering the Processes
Strong Experience on Using Bots in Robotic Process Automation
Worked on Metabot in Automation Anywhere.
Knowledge in Control Rooms, Scheduling, Configuring etc.
Good understanding of RPA approach and Hands-On Experience with Modern RPA Tools
Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills with the ability to Exercise Mature Judgment
Knowledge and Experience in Writing the Used Cases, Test Cases, UATs, etc.
