Processor Operator at Avid energy services inc. (2021-09 – 2022-01)
I was a Processor Operator, and a Labourer on my down time when not Processing. I also on occasion ran Rock Truck to build lease roads. While Processing I worked in clear cut decks and on lease sites.
Loader Operator at Eastern Embers (2020-07 – 2020-09)
Used a wheel loader to mix various types of wood chip material to feed a Hammer Mill, turning the product into sawdust. Using the wheel loader to then push and ramp the sawdust material in a building. Then feeding the main hopper to the Pellet Plant.
And if necessary filling the Fuel Hopper with the designated material to keep the burner running. Directing truck drivers where to unload thier material on the pad and working around them to continue to feed both the Hammer Mill and the Main Hopper. Also communicating with the Plant Operator when switching to different Rows of Material, communicating any and all Loader maintenance or any other issues the loader may be having, along with any and all maintenance the Main Hopper or Hammer may need.

Started as a Processsor Operator, I then worked up to "supervisor", Ordering and Picking up parts, keeping track of Filters and Inventory, tracking fuel consumption along with all other fluids for machinery. Ordering Fuel, Propane and Water.

Ran a 845 Tigercat processor with a Wartah harvester head, and a John Deere 2054 processor which also had a Wartah harvester head.
Processor at E & R Langille Contracting Ltd. (2017-01 – 2017-03)
I had run a 870 Tigercat with a hornet head, Cutting various lengths and types of wood. I grease and do general maintenance to the machine and help the mechanics if there is a big break down. Travel to various locations around Nova Scotia and sometimes stay in motels through out the week.
