Carefully assemble ready-to-wear, accessories, self-care, home, tech, and activity products as required - Gather props and any additional items needed from the Styling closet - Ensure all garments are prepped and photoshoot ready (steam/iron clothes, etc.) - Assist the Merchandise Team by tracking any samples received for all product categories (eg. makeup, tech, ready-to-wear, etc.) - Work closely with the Set Coordinators and Producers to ensure photoshoot objectives are attained - Support the department by performing various studio tasks as required - Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety measures in the preparation room

Management of all client information including the preparation, storing and organization. Scheduling of meetings, booking rooms and creating of presentations to showcase talent. Arranging shipping and deliveries alongside any accommodations for clients.
